The hose bay
Hydraulic hose, fittings and adapters are kept in stock at the workshop, so a hose you bring in is built while you wait. The same stock goes out on the mobile vehicle.

Can you make a hydraulic hose on site?
Yes. Hose, fittings and adapters are carried on the vehicle, so most hoses are measured, crimped and fitted in one visit, wherever the machine is standing.
What do you need to replace a hydraulic hose?
The old hose if you have it. If not, send photos of both hose ends and their fittings, the rough length, and the machine it comes off, and we'll have the right parts ready.
Do you do hydraulic pipes as well as hoses?
Yes. Pipes are bent and fitted on the machine, and custom pipe runs are fabricated to size and pressure-tested in the workshop.
Can I bring a hose in to be made while I wait?
Yes. Walk in to the workshop at 43 Zendeling St, Rustenburg CBD, any time. We're open 24 hours. If a cylinder is leaking too, bring it along.

Call us out, or bring it in. Send a photo of the hose ends and the machine and we'll have the right fittings ready.
